Haytham Hamad brings more than 30 years of experience in business development, international representation, strategic partnerships, trading, and market expansion across the UAE and international markets. He plays a key role in connecting technology providers, engineering firms, investors, and international organizations with strategic opportunities throughout the UAE, creating sustainable value for clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Eng. Mohammed Al Khalifa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in International Business and Trading. He specializes in international business development, strategic partnerships, commercial negotiations, and project risk and cost management, supporting Invention Lines in building strong global collaborations and delivering successful business opportunities.

Ashraf Awwad
Director, AI & Digital Transformation
Ashraf Awwad brings more than 28 years of international experience across AI, digital transformation, aviation, banking, maritime, logistics, oil & gas, and enterprise technology. His career includes IBM, Dubai Airports, Milaha – Qatar Navigation, and MEEZA. He specializes in Enterprise AI, AI governance and assurance, Generative and Agentic AI, and large-scale digital transformation. Ashraf is the co-inventor of three granted U.S. AI patents and author of The Proof-Loop Enterprise.

Hisham Elkarouri is a digital solutions and technology leader with more than 23 years of professional experience. As Founder and Managing Director of Click Solutions since 2007, he has led projects across web platforms, digital transformation, mobile applications, e-commerce, cloud infrastructure, digital marketing, branding, and customer experience. His experience spans government, banking, telecommunications, energy, real estate, humanitarian, and private-sector organizations, delivering technology-driven solutions that support business growth and digital innovation.
